Terms of Service and End-User Licence Agreement (EULA)

This document (“Terms”) is a binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Zutto Digital Private Limited. It governs your use of the Deepshorts mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using Deepshorts, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

The Service is available only to individuals 13 years or older who can form a legally binding contract under Indian law. To use the Service, you must register an account with accurate information such as name, email, and age, and keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Subscription Plans & Billing

Deepshorts offers monthly and annual subscription plans priced between ₹99 and ₹1999, depending on the selected tier or promotional offer. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. We may offer time-limited introductory pricing for new users. Any future price changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance through email or in-app notice, and continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed through Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased. However, in exceptional cases, Zutto may issue a discretionary refund upon request via email. Cancellation requests will take effect at the next billing cycle.

Licence

Zutto grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to download, install, and use the Deepshorts application on your personal device, and to stream or download (where enabled) content solely through the Service. This licence is provided for personal, non-commercial use only and in accordance with these Terms.

All intellectual property rights in the Deepshorts app, its source code, design, user interface, and related technology remain the exclusive property of Zutto or its licensors. You receive only a limited licence and no ownership or title is transferred to you.

You must not copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the application. You are prohibited from redistributing, sublicensing, renting, or selling any part of the Service, using automation or scraping tools to extract content, or using the Service for unlawful, defamatory, or infringing purposes.

The app may contain open-source or third-party components subject to their own licences, which will apply accordingly. Zutto may automatically update or modify the app to improve performance, add features, or fix issues, and continued use after such updates indicates acceptance of the modified version. The licence terminates automatically if you breach these Terms or if your account is terminated, in which case you must uninstall and stop using the app.

User-Generated Content

By posting or creating content, including AI-assisted content, within Deepshorts, you grant Zutto a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable licence to host, display, modify, and promote that content within the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights and that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights. All user-generated content may be reviewed for compliance, and Zutto may remove or disable access at its discretion. Some content may be generated or modified with artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies; users should verify such information independently.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to upload or share content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or illegal, or to violate intellectual property rights. You must not introduce malware, disrupt the Service, attempt scraping, or reverse engineer the system. Zutto enforces a three-strike policy—warning, final warning, and account ban. Serious violations may lead to immediate account termination.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content provided through the Service, excluding user-generated content, are the property of Zutto or its licensors. Unauthorized use of this material is prohibited.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and Zutto does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zutto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. In any case, Zutto's total liability will not exceed the total subscription fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zutto, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims or expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Zutto may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service ceases immediately.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Class-action suits are waived. Zutto does not currently offer arbitration, but statutory remedies remain available to users.

Changes to Terms

Zutto may update or amend these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted within the app with at least seven (7) days' notice for material changes, and continued use after such updates indicates acceptance.
