How billing works
Cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for. Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Billing
- Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. There is no free plan.
- What you get
- Deepshorts Studio is a web app. Your plan and credits appear in your account as soon as your payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped.
- How credits work
- Work uses credits at its real cost, and 100 credits cost $1 on list prices. A typical run uses 50 to 600 credits. A job that fails is not charged.
- When credits end
- Plan credits reset at each renewal and do not roll over. Bought credits last 2 months and are used after plan credits.
- Changing plan
- An upgrade applies straight away, and you pay the difference for the rest of the month. A smaller plan starts at your next renewal.
- Currency and tax
- Prices are in US dollars. Customers billed in India pay a fixed rupee price, shown at checkout. Any tax that applies is calculated at checkout.
- Payments
- Dodo Payments is our merchant of record. It runs the checkout, handles tax, and sends your invoices.
