1. Using Deepshorts
These terms govern your use of the Deepshorts website and Deepshorts Studio (the “Service”). “Deepshorts,” “we,” and “us” refer to Zutto Digital Private Limited, which operates the Service. By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use Studio for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
2. Accounts and organizations
Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account, including activity by people you invite to your organization.
Organization members may access shared projects, assets, and publishing destinations according to their permissions. Connect only social accounts and channels you are authorized to manage.
3. Your content and AI outputs
You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant us permission to host, store, process, reproduce, transform, and transmit that content as needed to operate the Service and carry out your instructions, including generating assets, rendering media, collaborating, and publishing.
You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded materials, likenesses, voices, music, trademarks, and personal information. AI outputs may be inaccurate, non-unique, or subject to third-party rights. Review outputs for accuracy, suitability, and rights before using or publishing them; we do not guarantee that an output qualifies for copyright protection.
Deepshorts and its licensors retain rights in the Service, software, and branding. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
4. Social accounts and publishing
Connecting an account authorizes Studio to access the permissions you approve and perform the publishing actions you request, including any schedules or automation you enable. Review your destination, content, captions, and settings before authorizing publication.
Publishing and scheduling are rolling out one platform at a time: Instagram first, then Facebook Pages and YouTube. These terms apply to each integration you use. Platform availability, permissions, quotas, review decisions, and outages may affect delivery. We do not guarantee publication, reach, engagement, or uninterrupted access.
Your use of Instagram and Facebook is also subject to the applicable Instagram Terms of Use and Facebook Terms of Service. When you use the YouTube integration, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
You can disconnect accounts through publishing settings. Disconnecting does not remove posts already published, and an in-progress publication may still finish. Manage or delete published content directly on the relevant platform.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to violate laws or third-party rights; create or distribute unlawful, abusive, exploitative, sexually explicit, or fraudulent content; impersonate anyone or create deepfakes; use a person’s likeness or voice without their consent; send spam; generate fake engagement; scrape content you have no right to use; or bypass a platform’s policies or restrictions.
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, distribute malware, evade usage limits, or extract credentials or other users’ data. You must comply with applicable rules for advertising, disclosures, and synthetic or AI-generated media.
6. Fees and credits
Deepshorts Studio is sold as monthly subscription plans and one-off credit packs, listed on our Pricing page. The price shown at checkout applies. Plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. You are responsible for authorized charges and applicable taxes.
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. It is the seller of record for your purchase, runs the checkout, collects applicable taxes, and issues your invoices. Its terms shown at checkout also apply to your payment.
Credits pay for work in the Service and have no cash value. They cannot be transferred or exchanged. Plan credits reset at each renewal and do not roll over. Bought credits last 2 months from the day you buy them. A job that fails is not charged.
You can cancel a plan at any time. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits refund or cancellation rights required by law.
7. Availability and third-party services
The Service depends on hosting, AI, payment, and publishing providers. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Third-party services have their own terms and policies. Keep copies of content that is important to you.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, security risks, unlawful activity, or a legal or platform requirement.
Termination does not remove obligations that arose before termination. Content and data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy; published social posts remain subject to the destination platform’s controls.
9. Responsibility and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Deepshorts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, opportunities, or data arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We will post the revised terms here, update the date, and provide additional notice of material changes where required. Revised terms apply prospectively, subject to any notice or consent required by law.
